Death in June/Les Joyaux De La Princesse- Östenbräun CD
This very rare disc was just lent to me by a generous fellow, so I’m inclined to upload it here for any curious parties. The disc in question is a collaborative effort between neofolk legends Death in June and the previously featured French one-man project Les Joyaux De Le Princesse.
This particular disc is a reissue of sorts, collecting some of the finer moments from the similarly titled cassette release from 1989, which featured several original Death in June numbers, remixed and processed by Les Joyaux De La Princesse. There are a few collaborative efforts on the 1995 reissue, aptly named, and the CD deletes the interviews with Death in June’s Douglas P.
As with most Les Joyaux…recordings, all editions of this particular record are extremely limited and worth quite a pretty penny, so keep yr eyes peeled for one! Otherwise, where’s the details:

Like the vast majority of DIJ back catalogue (collaborations or otherwise) this is pretty cool stuff. For those interested in other projects where Les Joyaux de la Princesse were involved, my advice is to check “Weisse Rose” (with Regard Extrême) or “Absinthe” (with Blood Axis).

Outstanding release! Thx for this post my friend! Sadly beautiful and one of the most melancholic pieces I've see to this day. Something with this record… it makes you happy and sad… DI6 and LJTLP made a masterpiece of sorrow and simplicity. These songs absolutely make my day every single time I linten to them. Thank you again, brother. DI6 and D. Pearce rule!

This appears to be the first comment to the post in roughly a decade, but I can’t express my gratitude for each occasion during which I happen upon a DIJ record I have yet to hear.
i reached DIJ through my passion for Coil and other great artists that came up during the English Industrial/post-industrial scene of the 1980’s and kept evolving. This artist kept evolving in their own fascinating manner.
